These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL NAME] ("Suaps", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The short version.
Your photos and your stories belong to you. We store them so we can show them back to you, and that's all.
Be 13 or older, don't misuse the app, and don't upload things you don't have the right to upload.
The app is provided as-is. You can leave and delete everything whenever you like.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Suaps. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@suaps.app if you think someone else has access.
Photographs, stories, and any other content you add remain yours. You keep all rights to them.
You grant us only the narrow licence we need to operate the app: to store your content, process it, and display it back to you within your own account. We do not publish it, share it, sell it, or use it to train machine learning models. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
Your closet is private by default. If you generate a share image, that image is created on your device and it is you who chooses to post it elsewhere — generating one does not make your closet public. Once you post an image to another service, that service's terms apply to it, not ours.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
The app may link out to third-party marketplaces, donation services, or other sites. Those are not operated by us. We're not responsible for their content, their terms, or anything that happens once you leave. Any transaction you make with them is between you and them.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give notice of anything significant. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms or where required by law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or twenty US dollars. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Suaps after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION], except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
